Dutch Boyd Takes Down RAZZ Event For $35k

Dutch Boyd, who plays under "Dutchalicious" on Full Tilt Poker, took down the Limit Razz event at the FTOPS earlier this morning.

Dutch managed to navigate through a very tough field that included a vast assortment of "red" Full Tilt Pros to capture the $35,550 first prize prize. In addition, Dutch will also receive the much-vaunted FTOPS champion's avatar for taking down the event.

With his victory in this event, "Dutchalicious" currently sits in 4th place on the FTOPS XII leaderboard.

"oiltrader", which I believe is Dan Shak, ended up finishing the event in second place for $23,550.

Here is how the final table finished out:

There are now six events remaining in FTOPS XII.

The 2 Day $2,500 + $120 No Limit Hold'em event gets underway on Saturday, and the $500 + $35 NLHE main event gets underway on Sunday afternoon.

The 2 Day event (which is hosted by Patrik Antonius) has a guarantee of $2 million dollars, while the main event (which is hosted by Jennifer Harman) will have a guarantee of $2.5 million dollars.

Given how many FTOPS events have missed their guarantees so far, it will be interesting to see how these two events end up doing.
