LarsLuzak Took Down a Monster $637k Pot vs Ziigmund

There have been four or five monstrous cash-game pots played on Full Tilt Poker in the past 24 hours.
"Ziigmund" took down a $387k pot against "DaEvils" in $500/$1000 No Limit Hold'em action after rivering the nut flush.
Hac "trex313" Dang took down a $450k pot in $500/$1000 Pot Limit Omaha against Gus Hansen. The two players got it all-in on a flop of K-7-J with two clubs - "trex313" held K-J-10-4 for top two pair, while Gus Hansen held K-5-Q-Q for a pair of Kings and a flush draw. The turn and river missed both players, and "trex313" took down the very large pot.
Tom "durrrr" Dwan took down a $556k pot in $500/$1000 Pot Limit Omaha. "durrrr" and "ahtata" got all-in on a flop of Q-10-J. "durrrr" held Q-K-J-10, while "ahtata" held 3-5-A-K for the nut straight. The turn brought the Jack of hearts, and "ahtata" was now drawing dead to Dwan's full house. Dwan took down the monster $556k pot, one of the biggest single hands of his career.
The biggest hand of the day was a monster $637k $500/$1000 PLO pot that was won by "LarsLuzak". This pot was the fifth largest in online poker history.
"Ziigmund" was in the small blind, and "LarsLuzak" was in the big blind.
Gus Hansen raised from early position. "Ziigmund" re-raised from the small blind, and "LarsLuzak" put in another raise from the big blind, Hansen folded and "Ziigmund" called. There was about $50k in the pot at this point.
The flop came 7-Q-5 with two clubs. "Ziigmund" checked, "LarsLuzak" bet $32k, and "Ziigmund" called.
The turn brought the nine of diamonds. This time "Ziigmund" led out with a bet of $112k, which "LarsLuzak" called.
The river brought the four of clubs. "Ziigmund" pushed all-in (205k), and "LarsLuzak" insta-called.
"LarsLuzak" showed Ah-6c-Ac-9s for the nut flush, while "Ziigmund" showed 6-4-5-8 for a turned straight.
December has not been a good month for Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies on Full Tilt Poker, and he will almost certainly be happy when it is over.
