World Series of Poker Day 4 Update
 |

With about 6-7 hours left of play in Day 4 and 308 players left, it is becoming apparent that Internet players are in fact, extremely skilled. Gone are the likes of Phil Ivey, Josh Arieh and Doyle Brunson. The leaderboard is being dominated by players who made their names on the Internet.
Aaron Bartley, who goes by the alias "GambleAB", currently has just shy of $600k in chips and seems to be steadily moving up the leaderboard. Jason Strasser, AKA "Strassa2", currently has just over $640k in chips. Eric Lynch, AKA "Rizen" currently stands at just about $500k in chips. Prahlad Friedman, who goes by the alias of "Mahatma" and "Spirit Rock", is currently sitting at $280,000 in chips.
People who get eliminated at this point stand to make about $40k, and once we get down to 81 people left or so, the payouts really start increasing quickly, all the way up to a first place prize of $12 million dollars.
What big name pros are still left in it? Daniel Negreanu has been flirting with going bust now for almost two days, but is still in it, with about $100k in chips. Alan Cunningham, Jeffrey Lisandro and Annie Duke are all still alive and well in the contest.
Will this be the year of the Internet qualifier once again, or will a pro win the event this year? Can Joe Hachem, who is still in the event, win back to back? We'll find out in a couple of days..
